I thought that you might find interesting the fact that the players of the uruguayan team have not monetary awards set up before the cup started and until today they still haven't get anything.

The reaction of the general public to their great performance has been to come up with differents ideas to show this 18 young men how much the uruguayan people appreciate what they 've done, but nothing is coming from the AUF ( Uruguayan Association of Football ).

You are using the wrong name in the scorers players in some games.
Walter Alves is Fabián Cohelo and Alvaro Berrospe is Perea and Alejandro
Botta is Melono.
Please check your list of players !!

About the third and fourth places of the championship:
- Who do you think is very adamant to win the third place between
Ireland and Ghana knowing that there are no differences for them?
- Is any of those teams needs to win this third place desperately?
Thanks.

I'd like to know more about some questions:
1. Will all four teams be playing like before in full team format?
2. What is the probability for the winning, draw or lose team in 2 X 45 minutes? And who do you think will be the champion of the world cup?

Belgium Uruguay

You could see that our guys were really panicked, it is very hot for them, they are not able to catch up on some sleep easily. They are used to this climate. Before the game, they were of course very pressured about this whole thing. We could have done much better in this game. Players for Uruguay were all very tall and the Belgian coach thought it would be better if we put our tall guys too but they were not necessarily our best players. Uruguay was a bad start but you can never judge Belgian team, we are the red devils." Les diables rouges", these are the small devils in Malaysia, "les diablotins". We can be very good all of a sudden. See you against Morocco and Malaysia.

Belgium-Morocco.

Well here is an example of how we play, the Moroccan goalkeeper is really good, but we still got to put it in three times, though only one of them counted, ask the referee why?? I have no idea. Les Diablotins have proved their great capability in this game. It was a beautiful game for us to watch. If we had not lost Wesley De Smet with a red card, we would have won this game. Thanks to our goalkeeper who did a great job...

Belgium-Malaysia.

Against Morocco and Uruguay, Malaysia did score at least one goal. But our Diablotins on the field did not even let them do. Jean-Francois Gillet did a great job as a goalkeeper, we were very lucky to have him. Van Handenhoven(I think that is his name) scored three goals for Belgium in two games. We had great players on the fields who were there to defend their title of Evils,"Diablotins". Belgium has showed other countries what they can actually do when they go for it. We are qualified and I hope we do ok in this second round, too bad it isn't in KL, Belgian team had good supporters here.

"If you are so smart meor why don't you volunteer to coach the Malaysian team...from your comments, you seem to know so much about soccer. Under the circumstances, they have shown total commitment even exceeding the senior team. I am proud of them. So, if you do not know the game, shut up! let someone else do the commenting. By the way, its not tax payer's money they are spending but FAM's i.e from their coffer. Give them a chance!"

Dear whoever wrote the comment about this game. First of all, it is Van Handenhoven, second of all, we were 10 players at the beginning, because one of our players, Wesley De Smet was unfortunately out from last time. We finished this game against Malaysia with 9 players on the field, if we had had 11 at the beginning with De Smet, we could have done much better... A great Belgian Supporter living in Malaysia.

To : All Malaysian Soccer Fans
From : A bunch of 'who thought they are Fauzi Omar' ( sorry Fauzi! Care to drop an e-mail. We would very much appreciate that)

There's nothing wrong with Meor's statement. It is a fact that we do have lotz of talented soccer players but if they want to become a world beater, they have to change their attitude ( YES, this is the big issue here, remember the DISCO 6 Kidz). What we clearly LACK is players with BRAINS. None of the players can think when they are in the middle of the field, they will start wondering aimlessly. (Not to mention names here) These players will try his very best to get rid of the ball at the first sight of an approaching opponent, without knowing what would be the next most thoughtful move.

Is it because of their lack of educational background? It is the sad fact that most Malaysian soccer players didn't even finished their high school, or perhaps just taking it for the sake of pleasing their parents. Hence they cannot think! Please, I'm not here to exaggerate things nor do I want to provoke anyone of you. It is a pity, though a very good arguement that Azizan Lebai Manap send to Meor. Let us face reality here, it is very demoralising but it is a fact, true facts. We are no where. Brain, be it in soccer or in life needs to be feed with knowledge. It will then be very useful in facing real life situations or in this issue, soccer. To actually know what to do in tight situations, when to pass and how to convert a half chances into goal in a flash requires KNOWLEDGE. It is not that they can't play good soccer. They can, "Malaysia Boleh" , as the game against Morocco showed but after all the accolades they began to act like primadonnas (just like the senior team) and acted dumb like they did against Uruguay. " We are not biased in condeming the Malaysian team. If they try, if they want, they can. The fact is they don't have that 'rendah diri' attitude. You can put Mario Zagalo, Alex Ferguson, Caesa Maldini or the great Beckenbauer to coach theteam. As long as we have players with 'attitude' and can't think on the field, we can never get close to even beat South Korea or let be realistic, beat Thailand who used to be a 'ciku' team back in the 80's.

Some of the players in the Malaysia team are being promised big bucks if they play in our so-called Pro-League. Hence, they start dreaming of playing in M-League at a very young age and forgot about their education. They know if they excel in football, they can forget about school, resulting us to have a bunch of clown in the making. I have a few schoolmates as examples (not to mention names). We are suppose to develop a player with thinking power. So, if we want to produce a smart soccer player, we must emphasize education and discipline above all. Lets make it a minimum requirement for anyone to at least passed their SPM. Lets follow the pro-sport (the actual one) in the USA, where they have to finish high school and go to college if they want to play in the Major League (except for some special cases).

Correct us if we are wrong, Sesungguhnya penyampaian kami agak keterlaluan tapi ia keluar dari naluri hati yang terbuku. Kami sudahi dengan ampun maaf. Wasallam.
